Worry-free weddings and spectacular special events are a hallmark of Hyatt Regency Chicago. From the beautiful Chicago wedding reception site to our fabulous catering, your happiness on this special day is our primary concern. To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Of course, your dedicated Catering professional is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have as we work together to plan your dream-come-true Chicago wedding reception.
- Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Have you ever considered a diamond-shaped head table ora sweetheart table? Your Wedding Specialist will personally create a custom designed seating plan to meet all ofyour needs.
- Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
- Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Chicago can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
- Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
- Audio-Visual Equipment – Our onsite event technology experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting and custom enhancements.
- Ice Sculpture – Our team of culinary experts will create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
- Parking – Discounted valet parking is available for your guests during the event. Please note, discounts do not apply to overnight stays. Two complimentary parking passes are also included for the day of the wedding.
- Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
- Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Chicago. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
- Pricing - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event will be considered tentative until asigned contract of agreement and deposit are received.Additional deposits, including final pre-payment will be discussed by your Catering professional. Menus and prices are subject to change without notice.
- Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
