Hardwood floors, warm wood paneling and embossed tin ceiling panels reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Chicago blend with contemporary lighting and plush cushioned seating to create an atmosphere of simple elegance. Stetson’s Chop House is among an elite group consistently honored with a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. An open kitchen features an exhibition cooking area where veteran chefs show off their skills, while guests view the dramatic "backstage" creation of their meal. The restaurant’s walls serve as a gallery for acclaimed photographer David Weinberg, who uses his camera lens to share his unique city perspective. Holding to the highest standards, Executive Chef Robert Lang enjoys creating new dishes and updating old favorites.
