Hyatt Regency Chicago boasts a variety of flexible conference and meeting rooms that make it easy to host meetings, conferences, receptions and corporate functions. Our downtown Chicago hotel features an expansive exhibition hall, multiple ballrooms and facilities of all sizes.

Meeting and conference rooms at Hyatt Regency Chicago feature individual controls for heat/AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, 208V 1-3 phase and 480V 3-phase electricity. All our contemporary meeting spaces, ballrooms and exhibit halls can be segmented into smaller rooms, providing numerous room layout options depending on the needs of your function. 

Chicago Meeting Rooms

Board of Trade
Host your most prestigious Chicago, Illinois meeting in the exclusive Board of Trade. This 621-square-foot, high-tech boardroom on the top floor of the West Tower offers a private location for gatherings of up to 18 VIPs.

Skyway Conference Center
Located on the Blue Level of the East Tower, the numerous rooms that make up the Skyway Conference Center vary in size and are ideal for smaller, more intimate meetings and breakout meetings. Invite up to 72 guests for a banquet in the largest of these rooms, or set up a U-shaped training session for 10 in the smallest.

Third Floor Meeting Rooms/Founders Suites
Plan your business sessions in our Third Floor Meeting Rooms/Founders Suites, located on the Silver Level of the West Tower.  This flexible meeting space easily accommodates 10 to 60 attendees.  Arrange one of these rooms in a theater-style set up for a guest speaker to motivate your sales team, while top executives deliberate in a meeting room next door.

Stetson Conference Center
When a more private location is desired, our Stetson Conference Center is the ideal choice.  Located on the Purple Level of the West Tower in a more secluded area of the hotel, these meeting suites range from 378 to 1,404 square feet and can be arranged in any style to meet your needs.
International and City Suites
Adjacent to the Regency Ballroom on the Gold Level of the West Tower, International and City Suites offer convenient and functional space for whatever your meeting requires, whether you’re entertaining 120 dinner guests or 30 colleagues for an intimate meeting.

Landmark Suites
Whether you need to set up boardrooms or classrooms, the Landmark Suites are ideal. Located on the Bronze Level of the East Tower, one level above the Regency Ballroom and one level below the Crystal Ballroom, these meeting rooms will provide a comfortable space for you and your associates.

Columbus Hall
Designed in the contemporary decor and style of the Grand Ballroom and the Grand Suites, Columbus Hall provides flexible space for your meeting needs. Located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, this area is great for reception space or may be divided into smaller breakout meeting rooms. 

Grand Suites
This functional space provides six meeting rooms and two convention offices adjacent to the Grand Ballroom. With modern décor and a convenient location, this Chicago event space offers comfortable meeting rooms to complement the Grand Ballroom.

Riverside Exhibition Center
Our 70,000 square foot Riverside Center Exhibit Hall is fully carpeted and provides plenty of flexible space to comfortably accommodate all sizes of exhibits, from large trade shows to black tie galas for up to 7,000 guests.

Crystal Ballroom
The Crystal Ballroom provides spectacular views of the city lights and downtown landmarks and boasts 19-foot high windows with an impressive panorama of the river, the Tribune Tower and the Wrigley Building. The interior view is just as striking with 10,000 square feet of modern earth tones and crystal lighting. Invite 800 for a seated dinner or 1000 for a standing reception. A 4000-square-foot reception area with glass skylights, a fountain and a dramatic sculpture by the legendary glass artisan Greg Thompson lead into the ballroom. 

Plaza Ballroom
The newest addition to Hyatt Regency Chicago's meeting space is Plaza Ballroom. Floor to ceiling windows and striking contemporary décor creates the perfect home for your most important meeting or social event.

Regency Ballroom
Host an exquisite event or your most important meeting in our Regency Ballroom. This “technology enabled” space includes LCD projectors, light animation and conference information and navigation. Each section of the ballroom features built-in niches equipped with integrated projection screens. Groups can display main presentations in the front of the room and peripheral information such as logos, weather, time and date, property navigation information, itinerary, messages and photography in the rear of the room. The inviting interior provides 16,500 square feet of stylish space. The foyer offers three registration desks, group office and coat room.

Grand Ballroom
The beautiful colors, rich wood and modern furnishings of the Grand Ballroom and adjacent Columbus Hall create a contemporary, yet elegant and functional space. With 24,282 square feet, this ballroom can accommodate 3,000 reception guests or 1,050 classroom style. The design and style of the Grand Ballroom provide a fabulous space for your most important conventions, banquets and special events.
