  • How much is parking? What are additional parking options?
    Overnight parking is $63 a night. Additional nearby parking options include Illinois Center Garage which is $41 a night, Park Millennium Garage which costs $34 a night & Millennium Park which is $30 a night. Please note, the only parking option that allows unlimited in/outvalet privileges is Hyatt Regency Chicago. *Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Can I check in early?
    Check in at Hyatt Regency Chicago is at 3:00 pm. While we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available, we invite you to talk to the Front Desk agent upon arrival to the hotel, as we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.

  • Can I have a late checkout?
    Check out at Hyatt Regency Chicago is at 12pm. While we cannot guarantee late departure will be available, we invite you to talk to the Front Desk agent as we will try to accommodate your request as best we can.

  • Is there something charged to my room from the minibar?
    There is no charge for minibar items unless they are consumed, however, our minibar and snack tray items are placed on sensors and removing them could cause a charge to apply.

  • How do I log in to the internet? Is there a charge?
    To log onto Hyatt Regency Chicago’s complimentary guest room and public space, connect to the @Hyatt_WiFi network and launch browser. For conference space, connect to the Hyatt Conference network and enter access code or select plan from the portal.

  • Is breakfast included in my rate?
    Breakfast is not included in ourroom rates, however we do offer a Bed & Breakfast package that will include breakfast for two daily and complimentary late checkout.

  • Do you have a swimming pool or hot tub?
    Hyatt Regency Chicago does not have a swimming pool or hot tub.

  • Where are the restrooms?
    Restrooms are located in the main lobby to the left of American Craft Kitchen & Bar. We have alternate restrooms located throughout the hotel and are happy to assist; just ask a hotel associate at any time.

  • Do you have any discounts?
    Yes. Please visit the offers section of our website to browse various offers, such as Bed & Breakfast, Parking discounts, Museum Packages, and discounts for booking an advanced purchase package.

  • Can I have view?
    View rooms are offered and can be reserved when making your reservations online or over the phone. An additional charge may apply.

  • Can I confirm my reservation?
    All reservations booked through our website will be sent a confirmation email. You are more than welcome to confirm at any time by calling the hotel and asking to speak to a Reservations representative at 312-565-1234.

  • Where can I store my luggage?
    To store luggage, please visit our Bell Desk on the second floor next to our check-in desk to check your items.

  • What is the easiest way to get there from the airport/get to the airport? Do you have a shuttle?
    There are several ways to get to/from the hotel from both Midway Airport and O’Hare International Airport. GO! Airport Express shuttle service can be arranged through reservations via their website; airportexpress.com. A Private Limo Service can be arranged through the hotel Concierge by dialing 312-239-4511. A taxi can be taken, follow signs to reach the taxi line or from the hotel, simply exit the East Tower doors and a doorman will call a cab for you. An “L” train can be taken from either airport as well. Please call our Concierge at 312-239-4511 for more information on which line to take depending on which airport you are arriving or departing from.

  • How much do you hold as a deposit at check in? How long does it take for it to return to my account?
    $75/night is held on your credit card for a deposit on your reservation. If using a credit card not associated with a debit account, the money is held as an authorization and will fall off at the time of check-out. If you use a credit card associated with a debit account, the money is withdrawn from your account and refunded at the time of departure. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 10 business days to see the refund in your account.

From O'Hare International Airport:
Take Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) East to Ohio St exit. Proceed on Ohio to State St and turn right. Turn left at Wacker Drive. Our downtown Chicago, Illinois hotel will be down approximately 2 blocks on the right.


Train: Train Pick-up below baggage claim area (follow signs to C.T.A.). Take "L-Train" to Clark/Lake stop (approx. 7 blocks from hotel). Walk East on Lake to Stetson St, turn left Stetson St and walk 1 block to the hotel. Note: This method is not recommended if guest has more than 1 bag, as there are numerous escalators and turn-styles. Guest can take a cab or walk from Clark/Lake stop.

From Midway Airport:
Take Cicero Ave North to Stevenson Expressway (I-55) North. Exit at Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94) West. Exit at Washington St and proceed East to Michigan Ave. Turn left. Proceed North to Wacker Drive. Turn right. Our downtown Chicago, Illinois hotel is one block on right

L Train: From the airport take the Orange Line to the State and Lake Street stop. Walk 1 block north to Wacker. Take a right on Wacker and the hotel is approximately 3 blocks.

Parking

Hyatt Regency Chicago offers a variety of parking options for your convenience during your stay. Registered guests can enjoy indoor valet parking at our downtown Chicago parking garage. Our parking facilities accommodate vehicles 6 feet 8 inches.

Valet parking is available 24 hours a day and can be charged to your guestroom at the rate of $65 per night. Your vehicle can be retrieved from the motor lobby, which is on the Gold Level of the East Tower (main garage) or the Purple Level of the West Tower. To retrieve your vehicle, call the valet booth at ext. 53 and give your ticket number found on your valet ticket. Cars will be delivered when the guest presents their valet ticket in the appropriate area. Please plan accordingly upon departure, as vehicles cannot be staged in advance. Please contact our Valet Department with any questions.
